We offer an academically enriched, developmentally appropriate, emergent curriculum all day
long. The bulk of our curriculum runs from 9am-4pm, however we understand that many of our families have to work and need expanded hours. We are open from 6am-6pm, Monday through
Administrative staff is on site daily from 7am-6pm every day. We Love meeting new people and welcoming back familiar faces, so if you would like to stop by and take a tour, ask questions about our awesome emergent curriculum, or simply say “Hi’, you are welcome anytime!
At Peak Children’s Academy, we are family so your child will feel right at home in our loving, clean, safe facility. Our highly trained teachers will be excited to make meaningful, lasting relationships with all the member of your family in order to know your child well and provide them with a meaningful early education experience.
Because our teachers are highly trained and experienced (some with advanced degrees), we do not use a “boxed” curriculum. Our curriculum is emergent and organic. Our teachers listen to the interests of the children in their classrooms and design detailed lesson plans around those interests. Weekly lesson plans, aligned with the Colorado Early Learning and Development Guidelines, are posted in the classroom for families to see.
Weekly tuition includes breakfast, lunch, snack, diapers, wipes, sunscreen and all curriculum materials. We offer discounts for siblings enrolled full time. Additionally, we have vacation credit incentive for full time families enrolled within a certain time period. Our parent handbook has all the details.
All food is prepared on site and is homemade. PCA participates in the Federal Food Program, whose guidelines for healthy, well-balanced meals are quite specific. Our weekly menus are posted and you will see mostly whole foods. We will happily accommodate alternative diets for medical, religious or personal reasons.
Our secure facility is locked 24 hours a day, with main door keyed entry and ProCare attendance management. We take the safety and security of our children very seriously.
We love our CCAP Families! Peak Children’s Academy is Teller County CCAP Authorized.
We have two facilities to meet the growing needs of our program. Our Early Education facility is located at 520 E. Midland Ave, serving infants through PreK, and our School Age Enrichment facility is located at 600 E. Kelly’s Road, serving Kindergarten through Middle School.
